These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AISelfie ("Service"), operated by Aifnet Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AISelfie provides AI-powered personalized image generation tools. The Service is available via a web-based interface and requires user registration.
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may update these Terms from time to time — continued use constitutes acceptance.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each image processing operation consumes credits from your balance.
Free accounts receive a one-time credit allocation upon signup.
Paid subscription credits reset each month. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected plan rate.
You may cancel anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
All prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
You agree not to:
Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on third-party rights.
Use the Service for automated bulk processing beyond plan limits without prior written consent.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
Resell access to the Service without authorization.
Create multiple accounts to abuse the free credit allocation.
You retain all rights to the images you upload and the processed results. We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your uploaded images for AI model training or share them with third parties, except as required to provide the Service (e.g., sending images to our processing API).
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Bulgarian and EU data protection laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any remaining credits are forfeited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria. For EU consumers, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. However, by using the Service and consuming credits, you acknowledge and agree that the digital service has been fully performed, and you waive your right of withdrawal to the extent that credits have been consumed.
